Petroleb S.A.L. is managed by a team of professionals who have been committed to developing a leading Lebanese oil and gas company, according to the international industry standards. The executive leadership team currently includes:

	Bashar Khayat – Chairman of the Board of Directors A well experienced and successful businessman, Bashar Khayat has a solid business portfolio, both nationally, and regionally. In addition to Petroleb, he leads a group of well established industrial and engineering companies, and has forged highly successful, long-lasting business partnerships with international giants for decades. Bashar Khayat leads the Board of Directors of Petroleb, ensuring effective operations and high performance of the board and its members, as well as the effective relations with high-level stakeholders and management.
	Salah Khayat – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) A dynamic mechanical-industrial engineer with extensive experience, Salah Khayat leads the executive leadership team and manages the business of Petroleb within the authorities delegated to him by the board. Among other duties, he develops the strategy proposals, sets broad objectives and develops annual plans covering all physical and human assets of the company, ensuring a high corporate performance, consistent with business and integrity principles set by the board. He also handles business relationships with shareholders and other influential stakeholders.
	Dr. Naji Abi Aad – Chief Operating Officer / Senior Advisor A highly respected energy economist and natural gas expert, Dr. Naji Abi Aad supports the CEO in the company’s overall strategic and operational functions, benefiting from a long and successful career in senior positions with E&P companies. In addition, he provides broad advisory support to the CEO and the Chairman of the Board, and manages specific programs particularly in the areas of corporate relations and corporate planning.
	Kobeissi & Frangie – Legal Advisors As a leading Beirut based law firm, Kobeissi and Franjie - Attorneys & Counselors at Law provides legal advice and support to Petroleb. The firm is represented by Me. Karim Kobeissi, who has a broad legal experience both nationally and internationally.
